Sound(TTS) Problem

Check if there is no sound even when you press the speaker button in the following cases.

Make sure it's in silent mode if it's an iPhone.

Make sure the volume is set to minimum.

💡

If the language set in the vocabulary does not match the language of the word → Try changing the vocabulary language.

For Android, please update the voice engine on your device! (location may vary slightly from device to device) Settings → General → Language & Input → Speech to text → ⚙️ icon next to Samsung TTS engine → Update → Device Reboot If the Samsung TTS engine is already up to date, try changing to the Google TTS engine.

If you are using a virtual Android device on your desktop, such as bluestacks, download Google TTS from the Google Play Store and it will work normally.
