Create Vocabulary with Google Spreadsheets
When you want to register many words at once, you can create a CSV file of the words on your PC and send it to the app.
- Click on the link to access Google Spreadsheets.
- (If you do not have a CSV file, go to step 3.) If you have a CSV file, click
File
→Open
→Upload
→Choose file from device
to upload the file as shown in the image below.
- Enter the field name in the first row. Then, just enter the value corresponding to the field.
- The order of fields & case does not matter.
- Optional items can be omitted other than the required items Word(W) & Meaning(M)

Please be sure to specify the field in the first line, as the app will not recognize it if you do not.

, you can input your time zone difference. For example, Korea has a 9-hour time difference, so you can input 9/24
.For Multiple input items,
comma(,)
is used as a separator between input values by default, but other symbols can be used.There is an issue where it doesn't load if there are empty values in the last column. We plan to fix this issue in the future, but until then, you can ensure it loads correctly by placing the required columns Word(W) or Meaning(M) as the last column.
How to Load in App
Method 1) Load as CSV File
- When you're done editing, choose
File
→Downloads
→Comma-separated values (.csv, current sheet)
to save as CSV.

Method 2) Import using Google Spreadsheets
This is a feature supported in versions 4.1.0 and above.
Vocabulary Management
→Load Vocabulary
→ SelectImport from Google Spreadsheet
- After logging in with your Google account, please allow Google Drive and Google Sheets permissions. (Permission is required to load Google Sheets files and content.)
- You can create a vocabulary book by selecting a spreadsheet file.
It can only be loaded if the spreadsheet file format is correct.
